Terrible!

If your into audio books, you enjoy self development, stop right now. Don’t even start this. Narration is poor and soulless, content is worse, pick almost anything else. I want my credit back lol 😁

Thanks author for sharing this audible.

This voice audio book gives an easy to follow and lots of practical approach to mindfulness and self-compassion. It also gave me the motivation to break free of what I was feeling and go out from Оverthinking and live happily.

I would highly recommended to listen this book.

Probably better as a physical copy purchase

If you’re into droning robotic speech this audiobook’s for you. I’m sure there is helpful information in this book. Do yourself a favor and get a physical copy. I think the audio was cut poorly in some spots it seemed like information was missing.

I love this book

some parts were extremely helpful

at first it was very dull, but it had a lot of information other self help books lacked like positive affirmations. it's not the most inspiring book, but it isn't dry textbook style learning either. so overall pretty good. my 3rd/4th favorite self help book so far.

Really excellent book

Wow book. A great many people still think that massive success comes from luck or natural talent, but while these certainly are a factor, there's a much better predictor of success than luck or talent.
