I thought it would be helpful but sadly it's not. The music on the tracks sounds creapy and honestly the lady talking on this sounds like she's getting off. Not for me anymore. Narrative voice & hypnosis voice just didn’t work for me at all. Just couldn’t see where it was going, certainly not a trance.
