noise
The noise in the background of gongs and off key violin almost gave me pain. it actually began to make me feel physically sick. I lay there preying for the sound to go. I thought when the reader switched to the high rd and the positive journey the terrible background would become more pleasant. in the end it was just to painful to continue. so I have given up with this audible audio book. it's a shame because he has a pleasant voice and the story isn't to bad.

Last 2 minutes should be deleted
I really enjoyed this hypnosis session. However, you are supposed to listen to this while you sleep and it ends with a very loud statement about “you have been listening to Audible.” It completely jolts you out of sleep.
