Sticky Icky Vicky thinks playing in the mud is fun—until someone tells her it isn’t.
Sticky Icky Vicky is a fun-loving girl who can’t get enough of playing in the mud and dirt. That is, until she is teased for being dirty. Suddenly, Vicky finds herself withdrawing from friends and mud play altogether.
When she learns about the upcoming International Mud Day, Vicky wants nothing more than to get in on the mud-tastic fun. But will Vicky find the courage to ignore the Negative Ned voice in her head and value herself over the opinions of others?
In Sticky Icky Vicky: Choosing to Be Myself, the second book in the award-winning Sticky Icky Vicky™ series, authors Alysia and Michael Ssentamu again provide listeners with a motivating character and some important life lessons, such as:
- Courage
- Self-confidence
- Honoring one’s self
Aimed primarily at listeners aged six to 10, Sticky Icky Vicky: Choosing to Be Myself is another important listening experience that will inspire kids everywhere to choose to be themselves.
