Try it anyway.

This is a really poor quality recording by the standards of Buddhify. It echoes, it's breathy, and the voice isn't as clear and solid toned as it should be. Even so if it helps you reduce pain it's ace-awesome. Particularly, don't let it put you off Buddhify as they have LOTS of GREAT recordings elsewhere on Audible and on their Android app.
