This book was a game-changer for me.

This book was a game-changer for me. I’m new to the whole “self-love” thing and after listening to this I felt like I want to take care of me. Inside and out. It opened my eyes so much. I’ve started with simple things like cutting out processed foods and I already feel lighter and healthier.

We can be happy in the process.

It helped me put my life into perspective by reinforcing what I already knew and by shining a light on stuff I didn't know. It's a no-nonsense book reminding us we're all a work in progress but we can be happy in the process.
