Methods are solid

Read the review in a magazine I am sure most of the buyers seen and it was so glowing I had to get it. Loving this, really fun and interesting but also comforting and realistic. Very good and thankfully not too "American" if you know what I mean ;) ;)

VERY GOOD
Wasn't sure what to expect, I was worried this would be a bit mumbo jumbo - but this was actually very very good. Good solid genuine and REALISTIC advice which is really impacting my days.
