About this listen

Don’t miss Starlight Over Bluebell Castle, the third book in the delightfully uplifting Bluebell Castle trilogy!

The most magical time of the year…

Jessica Ridley’s life has just been turned upside-down – and not in a good way! So when blast-from-the-past Tristan Ludworth invites her to stay at Bluebell Castle and transform it into a winter wonderland, it’s the perfect distraction for Jess and her two young children…

Jess is used to planning even the most elaborate events in her sleep, but she certainly didn’t expect to be working so closely with Tristan at the castle – or that she could still find him quite so handsome after all this time!

And with a little holiday magic in the air, it’s becoming harder and harder to resist his charms. Can Tristan convince Jess to give love one more chance, just in time for Christmas?

Perfect for fans of Trisha Ashley, Rachael Lucas and Hilary Boyd.

Another really good story with strong characters. The narration was excellent and the story had just the right number of twists and turns for it to be interesting without being far fetched. Very enjoyable and good all round.

Lovely end to the trilogy

This was a charming read. When I read a Sarah Bennett book, I usually know what I am going to get. Love, escapism and a good story. This series was all that and more.

This trilogy centres around a set of triplets. Igraine(Aka Iggy), Arthur & Tristan. This time it is Tristan’s story.

He works in London and in the family’s bid to save the castle when their father passes he takes a sabbatical to help get the castle based in Derbyshire up and running and earning money. All his ideas mean he must give up his job as he is finding that the castle is where his heart lies. When he first started working in London one of his colleagues Jess has always had a place in his heart. But before anything could materialise between them life sent them down different paths. Now a few years later she is married with two boys.

On the other hand Jess is in turmoil as her marriage is not going well, they are amicable but realise they need to move on. Now as Tristan offers her a job to help him see his plans realised how will it work? How will her boys adapt? Is there a spark between them? Or will Jess hop-foot it back to London?

Such a cosy and heartwarming story.
