I didn't realise until the book progressed that this book was about the red skinned female inquisitor from the 2017 Vader comics, and also features the black skinned male Twi'lek inquisitor who she ran off from Vader with. It's a great addition to their story and also adds a lot to the overall story of Star Wars. I also enjoyed getting to hear more from the point of view of the Jedi during the battle of Geonosis and the beginning of the Clone War. I wasn't expecting too much as I've always preferred the Legends books, but I was pleasantly surprised by this story.

A truly fantastic yet tragic story of a Jedi-turned-Inquisitor, which is something barely covered so far. Great depth to the character, along with 'a certain point of view' of why someone might not want to be part of the Jedi Order.
