The narration style is wonderful - maybe it's also because LOTR is quite a male-heavy story and I tend to get distracted by male actors reading out female characters (OK I'll be honest it's mostly when Stephen Fry reads Hermione). it's read out in a pretty slow pace which I enjoy. Naturally, the story is great!
