About this listen
A heroic young Earthling continues his adventures beyond the realm of the living in the thrilling third installment of this action-packed fantasy series.
Victor has seen better days. He just barely survived a savage showdown with the lethal warrior woman Rellia, which left her minus a foot and apparently cost him the life essence of his trusted magical axe, Lifedrinker. Then, much to Victor's surprise, Rellia asks him to visit her. And she does so not as an enemy but as an honorable opponent who owes him for sparing her life. Rellia wishes Victor's aid in claiming her family's land stake in a dangerous far-off realm. In return, he'll receive his own land and a place among the elite.
But first, Victor must become even more powerful than he already is. To that end, he ventures into the wilderness, battling foes of every conceivable stripe in both the mortal and the spiritual realms in a never-ending storm of blood, and eventually uncovers a shocking truth. It turns out, he didn't simply stumble into the world of Fanwath. He was deliberately brought there by a cabal of magic users with their own sinister plans.
Now, Victor must find the cabal, learn why they stole his former life away from him—and make them seriously regret it . . .
The third volume of the hit LitRPG adventure series—with more than 750,000 views on Royal Road—now available on Kindle, Kindle Unlimited, and Audible!

He still has not identified any of his dungeon loot, not even boss loot or hundreds of potions he has. Also, his main priority has been to collect maps for his assistant, yet has been in literal map rooms and has not scanned even one! These sort of things are so infuriating and there are hundreds of these things already piling up, that the MC never adresses.
For example: a lot of people are maimed and near death injured, yet our MC who was sent to save them, doesn't even consider giving them any of the dozens of the powerful healing potions he knows one of his storage rings is full of, and let them all die.
Also, this is book 3, but the MC is still completely oblivious to the system and everytime he gains or levels up skills, he acts like it is the first time ever, and he is completely shocked that skills exist. Honestly, se seems to know less about skills than in book one and has completely abandoned improving any of his skills or upgrading his core. All he ever does is use the useless inspiration buff that does nothing anymore, and then just berserks everything. Massive time jumps, but MC does nothing but sleep and eat, never trains, never learns anything new, never identifies anything, never buys anything. It is all about dating, lusting after every woman and playing dad and every stat goes to willpower, even though it does nothing in the story, and he is just wasting free points by having 300 willpower while most of his other stats are still around 30.
To add inault to injury, his gf who had 0 spirit affinity, who stole courage affinity from MC, still managed to cultivate her core to around tier 5, while MC is still stuck at tier 1, even though he is supposed to be some prodigy. The writing is getting so stupid tbh with anything to do with progression.
Storytelling course corrects itself from the fiasco of book 2's latter half
