Summary

Spellcasting with a Chance of Spirits

Every cloud has a silver lining...even in matters of the heart.

I can see and hear the dead. I can also talk to animals. As a natural-born witch and medium, I can do a lot of odd things. In most people's eyes, that makes me a loon. I like to think of it as being unique and eccentric. Plus, now that destiny has brought me back to the town I was born in, I'm not all that different from the supernatural residents of Grimm Cove.

When I find myself being hunted by a dark entity, I turn to the only person who can really help. Too bad he dislikes people in general, would rather keep to himself, and is positive my elevator doesn't stop at all floors. Plus, he's not a fan of squirrels, which does put a kink in things considering my familiar is one.

Should make for an interesting adventure seeing as how he's my mate and we're destined for one another.

The Plot Thickens!

This book was so worth the wait! Mandy did an awesome job in tying this story together. We understand a lot more of Bram's story and his relationship with his daughter (past and present) (if you're following from the previous book). Marcy is such a delightful character, off-beat yet she's a great contrast to Bram's all too serious personality. We learn a little more about the three women (Marcy, Dana and Poppy) and how they're beginning to get settled into Grimm Cove. The story centres on Marcy's history and an evil that's chasing her, one connected to Bram as well. We learn a bit more about other characters in the series (Ellis, Austin and Stratton). I love how these little nuggets make me want the next book so much more. This is a great story, it is a heavy read, as Mandy tackles some tough subjects, yet there is always humour and camaraderie that makes this a well-rounded read. And there is a sweet HEA!

Fabulous story

This is the third in the series of Grimm Cove stories and it continues to be fabulous. I love Marcy and Bram’s tale. Bram might be controlling a demon but it is Marcy’s ditsy nature that wins his heart. A well written tale with lots of humour. An absolute winner.

Boobs and Bikinis

I was so looking forward to Marcy’s book as she’s been my favourite character since the beginning. She’s such a fun loving, positive thinking lady, almost child like in her nativity! This book was brilliant! Laugh out loud funny! In fact, I had to keep rewinding my audio because I was laughing so hard that I missed bits!! Burgess got up to his usual antics, Marcy enjoyed her bubbles, the men all seemed fascinated with her boobs and that crocheted bikini!! In Bram’s demons words “ we shall kill the enemy and seek out this maker of the bikini we shredded. He shall become a missing person”! Mandy M Roth has an amazing sense of humour! Loved the book and cannot wait for the next one!

Hippie love

Marcy is the freaking best. Seriously I laughed out loud so much durning this book! Her hippie free spirit and naiveness makes for a giggle inducing read. Love seeing her story and that it’s so different from the first two! Her past collided with her future and despite the dark and deadly force she finds sunshine and rainbows everywhere even with her mate who most run from lol. The bath scene was seriously the best ever! Great read for Grimms cove can’t wait to see who’s love life is going to be turned upside down next!

Absolutely fantastic!

I loved this!! I thought the first book was phenomenal, this was even better. The humor and innuendo was off the charts and made for a much needed unexpected laugh...... every few minutes!! This was a hugely fun romp that ran the gamut from serious to hilarious sometimes in the same sentence. Thank you!!!!

Such a fun listen

This book has several lol moments. My favorite is Marcy with Ellis and Austin and her biking top. Trust me, you don't want to be drinking water at that part.

I prefer books told in dual POV, have audios with male/female narrators, but this narrator does a real good job of all.
This is Marcy and Bram's story. I fell in love with Marcy in book 1. I think you should read or listen to the others since several events are mentioned here, it will help make sense.

This book is well worth spending money or credit.

Oh, if you haven't read Mandy's other books..do it now. I am stalking her for a reason

Enjoy

Stopped at Chapter 7

Will try to finish, but can not at this time. Narrator is so painful, my head hurts.

Slow story, Marcy is just ok, and I don’t care a bit what happens to her

UGH

A LAUGH OUT LOUD PARANORMAL ROMP

MARCY MAY BE JUST A BIT TOO HIPPIE DIPPIE FOR ME, BUT SHE IS A GOOD BALANCE FOR HER FRIEND, DANA. THIS 3RD OUTING IN GRIMM COVE WAS A REALLY FUN READ. MORE ANSWERS, MORE QUESTIONS, LOTS OF LAUGH OUT LOUD MOMENTS. I CANNOT WAIT FOR THE NEXT BOOK.

Love this series

I really hate to say this, but I didn’t care for Marcy & Bram’s story. I love this series and the characters are fantastic, but I could not connect with this one. It starts off and ends great, but in between it sort of remains flat. It seemed like there was only dialog, although the dialog was very witty and entertaining. I absolutely love Austin and Elis; they are a hoot! I hope they each get a book or at least make their way through the next books. Even though I didn’t connect with the story it is very well written and has some great parts that I love. If you love this series as much as I do you should read this book. I tend to like more action/suspense in my books, but that is just me.

OMGOODNESS!! YES!

I have liked every book in this series. I felt that I got to know all the characters and truly liked them. BUT! This book was even BETTER! I LOVE Bram and Marcy! I did not want the book to end. I’m totally fan girling over this book.
Love it! I will definitely be listening/reading it many times. Enjoy!

Absolutely Loved!

I absolutely loved listening to this book! I read it first, and the audio brought so much more to the story. There were parts that I laughed my tail off at. The quirkiness of Marcy comes through and made me love her even more. Burgess! Oh that little squirrel has stolen my heart. Bram, oh how the mighty has fallen. Marcy is a free spirit who sees spirits. She doesn't know who her parents were and turns to Bram. Bram has been around...a long long time... and does not think he deserves love, especially after what happened in his past. Too many enemies. These two really are perfect for each other. Marcy helps Bram to loosen up, and Bram keeps Marcy safe. There is an HEA, of course, but I still want more. This was my favorite of the series.

Fun continuation of the series.

This wasn't my favorite of the series, but it was still a fun listen. The story seems to start off with a lot of backstory for Bram which wasn't as interesting to me, but it did lay foundation for this love story.

I enjoyed how uncomfortable Marcy & Bram's story made Dana. The snark and funkiness of the characters make each book in this series unique and fun.
