The protagonist of this tale is the unicorn Sparkly, who adores her grandmother more than anything else.
When Sparkly was born, her fairy godmother made a promise that she would one day be granted a wish.
Sparkly is carried to her Godmother's palace in the sky among the stars when her Grandmother becomes ill, where she is given the opportunity to make a wish.
She always asks for the right thing!
What a sweet tale that is ideal for bedtime or naps!
Your preschoolers will enjoy the plot and illustrations in this quick, simple book for early readers.
The colours are vibrant, and the drawings are strong. Being only a few pages long, this would be a good story to read before bed or while waiting someplace. Stacia Bryant did a pretty good job on narration, it kept my neice enthralled.
