I had never heard of this type of therapy. It was very interesting because of how it deals with the trauma of the body instead of just the mind. It was extremely informative and well written. the narration keep me attentive and I actually took notes. I am happy to add this one to my library. As a longtime member of the therapy community I will defintiely ask my therapist about this strategy and how we can incorporate it with my healing journey.
