I just loved this audiobook. The strategies are doable the meditations and rituals are very practical. Even with a busy schedule, I was able to incorporate micro-practices throughout my day. I started using one of the breathwork meditations during lunch breaks, and it helped me let go of anxiety I didn’t even realize I was holding in my chest and shoulders. It’s not about “getting it right”—it’s about simply showing up in the moment. I highly recommend!
