It’s a stand-alone but you meant the hero and heroine in book 1.
Love how there was a instant attraction between . Author Meghan Quinn outdid her self with this fantastic Rom Com this is JP and Kelsey story

They pretend that they can’t stand each other and they try to make instances hard for the other but you can feel the hotness. Meghan wrote some instances here a pigeon placed a part will they find the happiness that their brother and sister found

The performance of Stella Hunter and Aaron Shedlock was spot on . They did all the characters fantastic. With their tone you were able to know who was who

This was only the second book I had bought by this author. This was a very, very, slow, burning romance. One of the reasons that I buy these books is not because of a purely romantic view, (which is nice to have by the way), but I also like to have some pretty steamy scenes as well. This one didn’t have anything more than flirtation right the way through, with some heavy petting thrown in. I can get 1,000,001 books that offer romance alone, so I was deeply disappointed when I found out that this book was just a glorified romance. The only bonking going on was written in the very last chapter and even then, all it said was ‘they went upstairs and made love’. In fact it might’ve been in the epilogue, so memorable was this book LOL. I’m not put off of this author by this however, as I have a trilogy box set of there’s to listen to. I’m hoping this will match up to the first book I bought which was brilliant. Narrators were fab by the way.

This is a sweet and funny Romantic Comedy. I loved Kelsey and JP's story. They are both interesting characters. Some scenes are hilarious. This story is interconnected with A Not So Meet Cute. Aaron Shedlock and Stella Hunter did an excellent job with the narration. I enjoyed it.

Firstly I'd like to say that the narrators were amazing, but the story was not. The following review is about the story only as I would've given it 5 stars for the narration.

Disappointed with this book. This is the 2nd book in this series concentrating on JP and Kelsey. Where the first book was funny and heartwarming, this book just made me want to reach into the story and slap Kelsey. She was annoying, insecure, selfish and completely up herself. JP on the other hand was humble, sweet, attentive and had a beautiful soul. If I had his ear I would've told him to run and never look back!
I love Megan Quinn, but this book was lacking, sorry......really not sure if I should pick up the next book in the series if this is what we get.

Got to be honest here - Meghan Quinn can do no wrong when it comes to fun, sexy romantic comedies! And this one is super hot, hot, hot. It’s also quite emotional. All my favourite tropes in one perfect package, friends to lovers, enemies to lovers, opposites attract workplace romance, not quite a forbidden romance but let’s just say that Kelsey is not open to having an office romance with her direct boss. JP though has other ideas. A fun romance with wonderful characters making for a truly entertaining addictive read. We also get an insight in to previous Meghan Quinn characters with a ‘Meant To Be’ podcast which is particularly fun if you’ve read their stories. The audio version is narrated in duet by Stella Hunter and Aaron Shedlock, and I loved it. Perfect narration - faultless.
