So sweet
This one is a really sweet and enjoyable story. I enjoyed that even though this is a shorter story there is plenty of character development and action. The narration was spot on and I really enjoyed this one

Fabulous Story & Listen🎧Captivating & Heartfelt!
This is a fabulous second chance romance, the story is well written with interesting storylines that are captivating from start to end. The characters are realistic, easy to relate to and connect with. Dylan Parker and Abigail “Abbie” Johnson were high school sweethearts, both grew up in Cedar Lake. Dylan’s family owned Parker’s Pub and Grill in town and one day it would be his to run. But Dylan had other plans, he wanted out of the small town, he wanted to see the world so he joined Navy leaving behind a heartbroken Abbie and a disappointed father. It turns out he left behind more than that and he finds out exactly what when he returns six years later. He runs in to Abbie and learns he still has feeling for her but she is friendly with her partner Jason, an old friend. He learns how much he was kept in the dark while he was away. I loved how everything plays out in this book, the story is beautifully plotted with plenty of drama, heartfelt and emotional moments and a wonderful second chance at love. Melanie James thank you for another fabulous story and emotional rollercoaster ride.
🎧📚🎧 Hollie Jackson is a fabulous narrator and versatile voice artist. She brings the characters to life, give each their own distinct sound which makes it easy to follow along and who is who. She does an amazing job portraying the characters, grasps each persona and plays that role with perfection. You could hear how much heart she put in her work as she captures the characters emotions and projects them into her performance. She is an entertaining storyteller and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for this great listen🎧

I love this
What a sweet book. Mostly happy, I just wish it would have been longer. Great characters and storyline. The narration was great. I definitely recommend this book.
