Sleep problems cured

I don't suffer from insomnia too much, but when I get it, it's REALLY bad. It’s true that changing a habit or a pattern can take time – that’s just what the author says, so patience is all part of the process, but do not despair, help is at hand. He assures us that change is always possible and probable. All we have to do is take that first step and keep doing what works!

Very helpful and enjoyable!



The audiobook itself is easy to listen and understand. If you're like me and Google your issues you know how mixed everyone is on the solutions for what ails you. I've been struggling with insomnia for several years now and have often felt overwhelmed by the various articles and research I've found online. This is the one.

Really helpful book


My sleep problem started when I became a mother. That was ten years ago. That problem caused my depression and issues with my family members. From the positive and cheerful, I was transformed to a nervous, sad and tired person. I felt guilty, especially, because my daughter had to see me like that every day. After the following the sleeping strategy, I now live with more energy, joy and love. I am a happy mother now and I laugh loudly every day with my daughter.

This book has helped me falling asleep instead of turning back and forth and be frustrated by not falling asleep.
