Made a change

I've read a few books on the subject and this is the first that has got me to change my behaviour. And I have had a night of 8 hours sleep.

Effective & Efficient

Love the content. some of tip are quite easy to follow. efficient narrations and researched backed advices are there. although some seems hard to follow, it literally help me sleep better.

Life altering

I’ve had problems with sleep and I still do. This book is great and gives you the knowledge without baffling you as well as the science of what’s happening and it gives you the sense of what you think is out of your control is actually 100% IN your control as long as you submit what your body has habitualised over our (human race) lifetime.
Great performance and a audi I will go back to over and over again.

BRILLIANT

I've been searching for a solution to optimising my sleep as a part of my overall health as I already eat healthy and love to exercise regularly. This book was a god send for me and anyone who understands that sleep is paramount to your health and wellbeing. Some things in the book are common knowledge such as no caffeine before bed, a cooler room helps you to drift off more easily and orgasms are a great sleep aid. However there is also alot of great information such as understanding and manipulating sleep cycles, how quality exercise directly correlates to good sleep and much more. The narrator is pleasant and very funny. The subject of sleep is often over looked and not respected enough. This book will open your eyes to the importance of a good nights sleep or reinforce what you already know.
