The first time I listened to the tape.

I fell asleep to my surprise the first time I listened to the tape and in subsequent listening if I do not fall asleep I am in a very relaxed.and peaceful state.

I do fall asleep listening!

I have to say this seems to be helping, but I also have to say I am not the perfect test subject. I do fall asleep listening to the audio material, but I don't sleep for a long period of time.

The long term affects of doing that.

When I wake up in the middle of the night.

When I wake up in the middle of the night, I have trouble getting back to sleep. However, I have been playing this audio material through headphones when I go to bed at night.

Using this for my 10-year-old daughter to get to sleep at night. She uses this alternately with an iPod app for variety. Helpful!
