    better sleep and improve my sleeping habits.

    Very thorough and helpful tips for people having problem in sleeping. The author aims to help sleep deprived person to gain adequate and higher quality of sleep. He even mentioned common sleep disorders and its pointers in dealing with it. I, for one, had some trouble in sleeping every time I'm so busy with work and there were times that I just want to stretch out the whole day, and that became a habit. Reason why I got so interested in listening the whole book, and it sustained all tricks that I need to have a better sleep and improve my sleeping habits.

    Useful for insomniacs.

    This is a very useful book on sleeping disorder and sleepy hygiene tips. I was surprised to see that there were quite a number of information I did not know of, for example. to use your mobile phone as an alarm clock instead of a standard LED alarm clock and the Sleep App. The book is well written with many sub-chapter to allow for fast listening. Recommended for insomniacs.

    Helpful Information.

    I have sleep apnia and have searched for ways to get a better nights sleep. I came across Jimmy Cooper Easy Sleep Solutions and listen straight through it. I now use the tips inside to help me get more and uninteruped sleep. I seems to help very much. Highly recommended.

    Awesome sleep solution book!!

    This was such an excellent book for me since sleeping is one of the most crucial things that I enjoy but at the same time struggle with.The author speaks about how much sleep is necessary, the different stages of sleep, signs you are not getting enough sleep, myths about sleep, consequences of not getting enough sleep, along with so much more. Great book for anyone who is trying to find the ultimate sleep solutions.

    Excellent guide!

    There's a great introduction to this book which talks about all those things which we forget about (or ignore!) that can have a very negative affect on sleep patterns and reduce our performance , things like 'depression' and 'anxiety', and the book also goes onto explain what reduced sleep actually means in term of things like weight gain, weakened immune system and reduced sex drive etc. It certainly made me think about how this is really affecting me.
    Recommend this ALL who needs this!!!

    Information everyone DON'T knows..

    This book summarizes well known facts about sleep: how much sleep a person needs, stages of sleep, signs of when you are sleep deprived, consequences of not getting enough sleep, benefits of sleep, sleep disorders (insomnia, sleep walking, snoring and so forth). Fifty percent into the book the author starts the tips for better sleep portion of the book.
    Highly recommend this Book!!!
