About this listen

Seventy shades of messed up.

That was what she’d been told about herself for nearly her entire life.

From a young age, she knew what it was like to be hated. To be loathed so much by a person that they literally resented the air you breathed.

For her entire childhood, she fought to live, despite her father’s constant effort to make her life a living hell.

Her sisters and brother have no clue what kind of closet psychopath their father really was, and she’ll die before she ruins their picture-perfect view of him.

Why? Because she’s already broken. There’s no fixing this kind of damaged. But there’s no reason everyone else needs to suffer, too.

From the moment Hannibal Peters laid eyes on Hades Singh, he knew she was the one.
That was why he ran.

That was why, when he saw her suffering, he couldn’t stay away.

I was a bit put off about this book after listening to the other books, however I think the author did an amazing job of making Hades more human and not as awful as she made out in the other stories, I loved the relationship between both our main leads, I really enjoyed this story I’m loving this series of books well done all!!!

I like hades love the name Greek gods and all. The book is not great still no story to it, to be honest but after what happened to her she needed to have a serious conversation with her family especially with her twin sister Toni but the author did not do that on page. It’s like she stayed away from that explosion. Which I realise with this author she never lets them have the hard conversations. In reality that what would have happened to start healing a family. That would have made the book good not great. I see where the author is going with the plot but its still flat, these books need more. Something is missing from them all, the stories do not flow and timeline errors again. Can you tell me why the first six book have men on the cover instead of the sisters?. The books are about six sisters and one brother, why the sisters not on the cover doing circus act one cover could be the two tigers with one sister, another falling from her silk rope etc ….

Still no story
