Best book for those who wants to lose weight.

For everyone who struggles with weight-loss and cravings a must-read book. Seriously, in my estimation you wont find a better weight loss strategy anywhere else. I don't particularly agree with the food choices of the author, but the strategy plan is perfect.

Exposes false diets as they are, worth it for us.

This shows the usual diets as the sham that they are and offers habits you can adopt for a lifetime. Time will tell if it works, seems you still need a bit of motivation to change your habits. But, it makes total sense and I have hope.

His tone makes all the difference!

I listen to this book. It makes a lot of sense. I stopped smoking and one day at a time. I will become healthier and lose weight with the common sense strategies in this book; one hour and one day at a time. Wish me well, because that’s what I want to be. Well a great book for recommend.
