Relationships can be hard work, not many people think about boundaries especially for people who are not their loved ones. This is exactly what I was looking for to keep my friendships and my mental health positive and healthy.
A great guide to self love and setting the boundaries you need to have deeper and real connections. Great narration as well, highly recommend.
