Summary

The chief of the Secret Intelligence Service has been assassinated, and the British government brought to its knees, by a terrorist organization intent on unleashing a weapon of apocalyptic proportions.

getting used to the narrator's pronunciation

Good story, almost spoiled by the narrator's appalling pronunciation. I almost gave up but made it in the end.
