Good length of book, got a lot from it, didn't take long to go thru but its the sort of book u should listen to a few times as a lot of info is packed into it. Giving this 10 out of 10!

Really effective for me.

I have always suffered from issues with assertiveness and social skills, particularly dealing with new people and new situations. I learnt and implemented a lot of new skills from this book, with 90% of them working for me which is great

That way you chew and digest one concept and have the time and space for it to soak in rather than trying to wolf it all down at once and overwhelm yourself. Have already improved drastically from knowledge applied.

This is the most complete self discipline book I have read. It has really helped me understand some of my major weaknesses, and I have implemented a plan to improve.
