keep eating when I know I'm full

I wish it were 3 times longer than it is. It would take me until the 2nd count down to knock me out, but when it did, I think it was the best sleep I've gotten in a while. I also believe the hypnosis works as well, as I was skeptical at first. My cravings for food have changed. I've been listening to this book once a day. I do find myself effortlessly making healthier food choices, and I don't seem to feel the urge to keep eating when I know I'm full.

I listen to this audiobook

Whenever I listen to this audiobook, I wonder why I don't listen to it every day. I wonder if I thought like this every day, how my mood would drastically improve and I'd have a different perspective, a better outlook. So I'm going to try to listen more often. Very much enjoying it.

Overall confidence

I struggle with depression, anxiety, & insomnia this has helped me some. :) Thank you very much. I haven't dated in a long time due to a life of military service, with deployments to middle east, but I am forcing myself to get back into society and plan to start dating again this along with a healthy diet and positive mindset has helped my sleep and overall confidence and happiness.

This helps put me past the finish line

This meditation for me has removed much self doubt and negative self talk. Removes stinking thinking. I usually put on her immune tape first. Then when I wake up in the middle of the night, I'll play the weight loss affirmation. When I play this tape daily, I eat less junk, I workout more and I'm more motivated to stay on the right track. Losing weight and getting in shape is consistent behavior over time.

I have been listening to this for several nights

Puts me to sleep half way through but then wakes me up at the end with someone else talking about the author and audible. It seems like I was falling asleep every time at the same spot so I had to try to stay awake to listen to the whole thing to hear what I was listening too. Very peaceful music! I have been listening to this for several nights now and notice my eating habits have changed. No more hitting the vending machines at work.

I listened to this every day to boost my mood and drive negative thoughts away. This also helps me to have confidence and believe in myself again. It is also a guide for me to find my happiness in this world full of darkness. I owed to the narrator of having a good life now without worrying about all the bad things surrounds me.

This is a good book

This is a good book if you're looking to improve your outlook on life. I like the tone of the author. The book seems useful with many tips on how to be happy stay postive and have a happy thoughts. Enjoy this very much! Must listen on a regular basis. Narrator's voice was pleasant to listen to. Good work! Listening to this hypnosis really changed my mindset.
