This book is awesome!

This book is awesome! I got an advance copy because I’m a psychologist. You never know what you’ll get with those but this has been a pleasant surprise. What I like best is that it gives the research and background on confidence in an engaging way, but then goes on to have practical steps and exercises for people to follow. You can tell a psychologist wrote it because it’s very similar to what you would do in therapy. I plan to order a hard copy to be able to use with my clients. Strongly recommend!

This book is mind-blowing. It just blows my mind away. The authors effort highly reflected in every portion of it. Before listening to this one I thought it was an average book but after listening to this now I can say that its an extraordinary one. Just fall in love with this book.

Clear and concise.

Great stuff

Not too bad

Self help for women
Some of it is basic or review but there are some good tidbits too. There's quizzes and activities to get more out of it. I do feel it's quite focused on work. Also, I don't see a lot of adjustments made for people with any disorders, but as a general tool book, it's decent.


Assertiveness for Women
I like this more than the previous one of this series. I like the different styles of communication. I think there are some good exercises to help adjust to where you want to be. But as with the previous book, I do feel it's quite focused on work environments.

Confidence for Women
Content: Some language
I had a harder time connecting with and gleaning things from this book though. Wasn't much new. It felt more self explanatory or covered in her other books. I do like the idea of doing things you hate to keep yourself challenged and I like the difference between being confident and having confidence. But as with the other two books, I do feel it's quite focused on work environments.
