This is the book which i'm searching for

For the success of women in this society yo have to need a confident lifestyle to be successful women. Great stuff

This book is the best sweetheart counsel you didn't realize you needed. I've just perused it once and am going on a second round. There are such huge numbers of statements in this book require major snaps.

Geared towards office working women

although the message was good, I felt a lot of the scenarios were for the working women. As if those women who dont work arent able to utilize this type of self development. It was a bit discouraging, because many women suffer from low self esteem, regardless of employment status, however I finished, and all I kept thinking was "when will it end?!". Not very happy with the book.

Changed my view of myself completely.

This book helped me so much. I even gave it as a gift to a depressed relative. I used this while seeing a therapist, who told me that using this type of workbook without professional guidance can be tricky. Her help was a bonus, but the book is good on its own.

Easy to use

This book is easy to understand, and fun to use with plenty of room for notes and thoughts. . I like that it is very much a workbook, that the exercises are all about the progress I want to make. So far it has help my self view and changed my perspective about my space and they way I have not only been interacting with it but how my deeper thoughts have been keeping me in a loop, so to speak. It really has helped my self-esteem and why some days it is higher than others, which has always been unclear for me. I really enjoy this book so far and would recommend it to others.
