A full book of common sense tips

Perhaps I had the wrong expectations of this book, but I feel the content is a simple narration of following common sense. i did not find any advice particularly ground breaking, although if you're a total beginner that has never heard of tracking your schedule on a calendar or an app... this may be the book for you. I did like the part about progress is not the same as success; and it is possible to fail some days, but still make progress. Overall, the book has a positive message.

It was really a great experience.

Author shows numerous ways to become more self-disciplined and you can try them all, keep a few, or adapt them for your own use. I had so many ah-ha moments while listening this book and yes, honestly, I've put some of the suggestions into place and they are working great. You don't have to be embarrassed anymore about not having the self-discipline to do the things that need to get done. This book is not filled with fluff but instead actionable ideas that you can put to use right away!
