Very good book and if you follow the instructions

I was really excited about getting this brand new book in the mail! It's important to know what to expect ahead of time with this book so you aren't disappointed. I think this plan would be great for those suffering from Gut issues. This plan will help heal your intestinal tract and cleanse you.

If you are looking for a diet plan just to lose your belly fat or pounds before an event, in my opinion, this plan wouldn't be for you. You are pretty much just drinking water, smoothies, broth, and having a small dinner meal; for the span of 10 days. That takes along of will power and determination!

Useful book.

I love this book! While initially difficult to get into a routine, once I did, although I kept falling off, I kept losing belly fat and weight. I had to start over repeatedly, however, I stayed true to the small window eating and drank the bone broth daily. My skin looks amazing!!! I went on vacation, now I'm going back to the bone broth. By the way, if following her seasoning list/ suggestions, the bone broth can be made quite tasty.

I was already in pretty good

I was already in pretty good condition but last year lost 10 pounds and gained muscle on the Kellyann bone broth diet. At 58 years of age, I have never felt better!!!t The messages are clear, the recipes are useful, and the Steven Hopkins team is great. For me this is not a weight loss plan. It's a life style choice that works wonders.

Easy to follow and works!

I lost 5lbs in 10 days which for me is awesome. I was a little hungry but it was easy to get through, knowing it was only 10 days. Another reviewer said he didn't get the coupon, but I got it right away and used it to buy some of the best collagen powder I've ever had—I'm hooked.

Normal meals without tons of prep!

Within a few days my muffin top deflated and my waist became a waist again! This plan is easy and I don't have to buy crazy foods I've never heard of. She gives a "don't have to cook" meal plan for those of us too busy or don't like to cook and a ton of recipes if you want to cook. I can do this plan at work and I dont run to the bathroom every 5 min or get irritable from "dieting"! I love this book and totally recommend to anyone ready to shed fat--quickly!!!

! This diet has helped me with joint pain, as well as my skin, hair and nails look and feel great - and I'VE LOST THE BLOAT!! This is easy to follow and for me an important way to correct some things that I've seen others take medication for. I'm 51 years old and don't take medication of any kind after following the Steven Hopkins plan!

Best diet book ever!

So easy and works like a charm. I do the 10-day diet every couple of months and mostly do the 21-day diet rest of the time. Everyone needs to get this book if you want to lose weight fast!! I highly recommend

Definitely works

Used this diet to kick start weight loss. Weight had been slowly creeping up and needed to make diet changes and start exercising more regularly again. Lost 8 lbs in 10 days and am following maintenance recommendations. It takes discipline, but it works.

Really the book is very self explanatory!

Very easy program! I was skeptical and kind of dreading it, but it was easy the weight came off a pound a day, one day I gained a pound, one day I stayed the same, one day I lost 2 pounds. All & all I lost 7pounds and 2 inches off my waist! I started maintenance today.

I highly recommend this book.

I highly recommend this book. the recipes are quick and easy to make and you don't have a stuffed feeling after eating. the chicken bone broth is awesome. have not tried the beef broth. for those looking for a healthy lifestyle and new clean way of eating, this book is for you and me and also lose weight and inches. You will feel and look a lot better. give the book a chance, I love it

Simple plan

The 10-day program is even easier then the 21-day program, and I will continue to stay with the 10-day approach. In addition to losing weight and feeling great, my blood work is spectacular! No more pre-diabetes, cholesterol is excellent (both LDL and HDL). I also find the Facebook group to be very supportive. If you truly commit and follow this, you will succeed!

Useful book

It works. I have intense sugar cravings and by having bone broth (I use granules that are organic and from grass fed) my cravings have disappeared. I also have been home bound and non weight bearing on crutches for 3 weeks. A time when boredom would cause snacking. With the bone broth it does what she states if you use it.
