A fantastic book

I love this book. Plan on getting it for a family member too. I’ve defined my why and am starting to implement some these great ideas. I can say that it's a good psychological book, which helps to motivate and to stay active, enjoy the life and realize veritable parts of a plastic human brain. With the help of this book also easy to help and understand the main concepts of self-discipline both for children, teenagers, and adults. Enjoy having this book.

Awesome book, great ideas

It needs to become a habit because you want to use your strengths in order to get things finished the right way the first time. Self discipline is not an easy practice. You have to have trust in yourself in order to build your inner strengths. I love this book

Self-discipline are not new but is barely done. I agree with what this book says, talent is nothing compared to people who have self-discipline. You get to be more focused on achieving your goal. You don't get tempted easily. You know what to do and when to do it. But more often it's easily said than done. And that's the essence about this book

This book is changing my life little by little

This book will give you pointers to direct you towards daily discipline.
You have to be able to take Shawn Norman 's real life anecdote's and see how they relate to your individual situations, and the way he writes, he makes it easy to relate. This book has helped me be more focused on what I try to accomplish - from a daily and long term perspective.

This book has touched upon a lot of stuff that are associated with will power - the reasons one should develop will power, what the consequences are of having no will power and the lot. There are also quite a few good tips and techniques provided in this book to develop will power. In fact, I had not seen them from this angle.

easy to understand and follow advice

I am so happy that I listen this book. Not only is it written in a beautifully simple way, it really connects with the everyday person! The author provides a narrative that makes you feel as if you're talking to someone who truly cares. As someone who has struggled throughout their life, this book was a fantastic listen for me personally. I never knew Self-Discipline can be learnt

The ideas in the book helped me resist temptation, control impulses, avoid distraction, end procrastination, change habits, and control my attention, emotions, and desires, in any area of life. Usually, I read a book, highlight what I think makes sense and move on without incorporating what I just noted. The thing is that I become to understand human nature more deeply thanks to this book.
