This book is jam packed with useful information. I have all the tools now to make some much needed changes. I had read another book on self-discipline and I found it overwhelming and too complicated.

best book for self discpline.

I have struggled for years with my mental health and had an eating disorder and leading on from that depression, anxiety, self esteem issues and drug addictions. I am only 12% into this m book and have already made some realisations about my thinking and my discipline thanks to this book. I can't wait to get through the full thing.

Develop Navy Seal Mindset,

This is a powerful work that is both inspiring and uncomfortable to read. It is uncomfortable, if you are really thinking about it, because it presents a brutally honest level of self examination and uncompromising standard for self improvement. Paradoxically sufficient exposure also, in my case, had a calming effect in that it feels embarrassing, even comedic, to get so worked up about stuff. I actually laughed out loud once or twice, mostly because I recognized the described numbskull as myself a couple times.

Highly motivational

I got a lot of new ideas there such as push vs pull motivation and especially in the area of prosocial motivation. I definitely recommend the book. It's a quick listen, you will get some new ideas and it will get you fired up to start, continue or take it up a notch in your exercise program.

Good book

I truly preferred that the creator displayed hypothesis as well as significant strides to accomplishing self-control. It unquestionably is a key segment of achievement. An incredible successful book. Learning approach gave. An incredible enlightening book.

Stolen Valor Right Here!

This is NOT from Jocko Willink, war hero and veteran. This is from some guy who tells stories about Jocko Willink and happens to share his name. He uses the name Jocko to grab credit from the real Jocko. Feel stupid for not catching that before I got the book. So disappointing. If you want to write a book on self discipline and happen to share the name with someone far more successful at self discipline and writing about it - just don’t.

Practical advice that works!

This book will give you pointers to direct you towards daily discipline.
You have to be able to take Jocko Davis 's real life anecdote's and see how they relate to your individual situations, and the way he writes, he makes it easy to relate. This book has helped me be more focused on what I try to accomplish - from a daily and long term perspective.

Very useful book.

This little book has an immense amount of life changing information if you apply it. Ive started applying some of these principles, and not only am I getting more done, but I feel my self esteem and confidence increasing. Its only been weeks bu I can tell this will stay with me for many many years
