This book is changing my life little by little

As a former college athlete, I know what it takes to lead an active lifestyle. This book puts it into simplistic terms and can teach anyone how to start and maintain a healthy lifestyle of exercise. Really enjoyed Ian’s approach to self-discipline. In order to make the changes you want and reach your goals you need self-discipline and you can never have enough tools as we can always improve. We each face the hurdles that come with positive change so I enjoyed learning more techniques to overcome them to reap the rewards of productivity and focus!

Practical advice that works!

This book will give you pointers to direct you towards daily discipline.
You have to be able to take Jocko Davis 's real life anecdote's and see how they relate to your individual situations, and the way he writes, he makes it easy to relate. This book has helped me be more focused on what I try to accomplish - from a daily and long term perspective.

Very useful book.

This little book has an immense amount of life changing information if you apply it. Ive started applying some of these principles, and not only am I getting more done, but I feel my self esteem and confidence increasing. Its only been weeks bu I can tell this will stay with me for many many years

really Valuable Book

The ideas in the book helped me resist temptation, control impulses, avoid distraction, end procrastination, change habits, and control my attention, emotions, and desires, in any area of life. Usually, I listen a book, highlight what I think makes sense and move on without incorporating what I just noted. The thing is that I become to understand human nature more deeply thanks to this book

I would definitely recommend this book

This book draws the powerful connection between self-discipline and reaching your goals. They are so closely connected that if you are going to achieve your goals you must master self-discipline. No one stumbles into success. It is hard work and the only way to do that work is if you can discipline yourself. In the beginning it is easy enough to keep yourself motivated.

helpful book

I listen this book with big interest. This is really an excellent book. In this book, everything is laid out in a easy to understand step-by-step manner. It’s just like having a personal trainer next to you to remind you of your end goals, your health and your desired body. You will get all the necessary steps to develop a burning desire to eat healthy, exercise, and build long-lasting habits so you never have to diet again.

A wonderful listen to keep by your side!

This book is so amazing. If you’re looking for a book to help you achieve your goals, this is a must listen . I don’t read self-help books but I felt like I needed some motivation to change my ways. I always felt like I do everything I can to complete my goals. I am so happy that I listen this book. Not only is it written in a beautifully simple way, it really connects with the everyday person! The author provides a narrative that makes you feel as if you're talking to someone who truly cares.
