Some good insights

It had some good insights as to how we look at things. Hard to listen sometimes. Found my mind wandering and thinking of other stuff, not book related, instead of actually listening words.

Excellent ideas!

I think the lessons are excellent ideas and should be a help to anyone looking to develop and build strong habits. I haven't used the workbook yet, so my review is less than complete because I don't believe that you can get a great feel for the lessons without the implemention of those ideas into your everyday life

This was so simple and easy to listen. As someone struggling with procrastination and laziness, that's precisely what I needed. And The Self-Discipline blueprint came through for me. I'm already doing better, the tips and advice are extremely sound and easy to follow. Self-discipline just became easy! It's a very short listen which I am very thankful for. This book is simple and concise. The more you listen the more excited you are to get through and start up the workbook. There's a nice amount of citings for further self-growth listen. Absolutely worth the cost and a great book for anyone wanting to improve their life now.

Excellent book! Clear, concise and with many helpful tips and techniques. Easy listen and practical. I am a coach and know all about self-discipline, and Spence Adams's work is right on the money. Great guide and explanation.

Brilliant book..

I like this book. I have already listened to it twice. It is most effective when it is used actively. It is also a good reference and reminder when old habits start creeping back in.

Very easy to listen

Very easy to listen and put into use. Listen it and then ACT, one small step at a time. Best tool I've seen for getting out of inertia and into action for overcoming laziness.
