Dry, impersonal & unengaging

This feels more like an academic paper with lots of theoretical bullet points. So far I've listened to the first hour and it's taken some real mental toughness not to switch it off. There's a complete lack of real world examples. At this point, I have no idea if the author has ever been able to help himself or anyone else to improve. This was a waste of this month's credit. Very disappointed.

I enjoyed this audiobook more than I expected!

I enjoyed this audiobook more than I expected! I am usually skeptical of new or self-published authors but I guess I should be more open-minded because this was defiantly a great surprise. I learned many ways how to increase my willpower and sense of self-discipline.

Audio-book is simplistic, the concepts deceptively

Audio-book is so simple to use, and so easy to follow the steps. This audio-book certainly helped me get motivated at once more. For someone who has so much to do, and little time to do it, this is a must listen. I suffered from stress and I was able to push quickly to accomplish the most critical tasks using these measures of self-discipline.

I think this book is the best book of the topic.

This is a perfect Sciene guide Self Discipline

This was an easy listening, I listen in a few hours to the entire audio-book. It had helpful advice and ideas on how to discipline itself further. I'm hoping to listen to the audio-book again in to achieve a better life than the one I have now. I like the goals used as an example being practical and easy to follow and extend to any goals that I have.

Self-Discipline is Achievable Audio-Book

This very helpful audio-book. A lot of unnecessary information to wade through. Very clearly and simply what it takes to discipline your life. I especially liked the part about using your own stubbornness to your advantage in achieving goals.

Develop Daily Habits to Program Your Mind

Felt this audio-book was very easy to follow. I took my time and definitely utilized my highlighter, Audio-book specifically because I got out of the habit of staying at work full time through out the week but since applying these skills, I am doing so much better!.
