I enjoyed this book. I'm a firm believer in self discipline as the best way to be productive, lose weight, etc., buts it's never been easy for me to put into practice. This book has helped me with key insights and routines to help me get on track.

helpfull

I 've this book and own the audio version also. I use the book as a reinforcement to boost my self discipline whenever times get tough and I start slipping backwards. The book has helped me lose weight and do things the hard way when it's easier to do it the wrong way.
I definitely would recommend that everyone to have this book. I also have enjoyed every one of them

amazing book

Very practical book. If someone asks me to tell them few words about this book I would say "If you want to make a significant improvement in your approach to daily discipline, to this book"... I strongly suggest you to listen to it....There are many amazing facts in this book; the one which is helping me on daily basis is "appreciate small achievements towards the bigger goals; do not look to the top of the mountain, while climbing, just focus on the rocks which you climb now and consider them as successful steps.

great style of explanation

decent guide

I really feel quite inspired after listening this book. It has some great ideas. For myself I know what I need to do, it's doing it that I trip on. the author presents some solid ideas for initiating action and growing the self discipline to do so. This theory presents helps me so I liked it. I have a few more of his books and they connect together nicely no reinforce and build a hole. I am excited because I have actually initiated action and change I have been telling myself I would for a long...long time

nice book

Good starter book or refresher course in self-motivation. I would not do some of the things he does (like cold showers or extremely long fasts) but, as he says, these are only suggestions which he encourages you to create your own incentives. Overall, good book, with lots of references for deeper research
