Let me be honest, I'm only just starting to listen this book. But so far, I think it's very well presented. The chapters are relevant. My mental health therapist approved it as a book that they wanted to listen themselves.

Nice Book

I don't usually like listening , but I can connect to this workbook so much and this really isn't a "book" it's a work book that walks you through multiple steps and actually work with you. It helped.

Fantastic Book
