Easy to understand and kept me interested throughout the whole time

Maria is extremely knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the part where she listed all the different supplements she considered important and stated their purpose and function.

I did think that she did base a lot of her advice on the readers goal being fat loss-which may or may not be true.

That's the only thing that I can fault about the book-other than that, it has proven extremely useful for me and this is the one audio book that is worth every cent I paid for!
