Thought provoking and insightful

Found this book very thought provoking and insightful. It’s interesting how Lyton brings to the front through research, some underestimated yet practical (in my opinion), principles and practices for personal and leadership development.

Would have loved to see reflective summations which would help to drive application.

A Good read I must say
