While I enjoyed listening to this audiobook, it's definitely the weakest Thomas Sullivan book I've read so far. He's a brilliant writer, and the prose in this tale is typically beautiful, but the story isn't quite strong enough. I would highly recommend Case White and The Martyring to anyone intersted in his work. This is probably just for Sullivan completists only.
The narration was superb. Nick Sullivan was pitch-perfect throughout. I'd happily listen to any books he works on.
