Summary

If you’ve always wanted to adopt an Agile project management framework that can get your software development team to increase efficiency and solve problems faster but you’ve been having trouble choosing one from the many options currently available, keep reading...

Say good-bye to poor product quality, less control, poor customer and team satisfaction, and achieve a faster ROI in software development with Scrum!

Are you sick and tired of spending too much time and money in software development? Have you tried many other tools and even revising your current methodologies endlessly to have more control in the process, empower your team enough, and satisfy your customers, but nothing seems to work for more than a few weeks or months?

Do you finally want to say good-bye to wasting too much resources on new tools (that probably never effectively boost the process of creating software for your company) every now and then and discover something which works for you?

If so, then you’ve come to the right place.

But what is the Scrum method all about? How does it work? What are the stages in this methodology? How would I avoid the common mistakes that might be there?

If you have these and other related questions, this book is for you, so keep reading.

More precisely, it will teach you:

  • The basics of Scrum, including what it is, how it works, history of Scrum, and more
  • The ins and outs of the Scrum method, including why you need it and the inner workings of the methodology
  • The tools you need to implement Scrum
  • The core roles of Scrum
  • Benefits that come with adopting Scrum
  • Scrum mistakes to avoid
  • And so much more!

Imagine how fast your company could grow when you finally learn how to condense the work in your software development processes with a method that offers your team and customers full satisfaction and freedom and one that gives you results in the shortest time possible.

Are you ready for it? Scroll up and get the audiobook now to get started!

Extremely useful. In need of a sequel

Very good. Extremely useful. In need of a sequel, though, that expounds in how to use scrum in a variety of different situations where something is not necessarily being built, such as managing medical or sales reps, teaching art to kids, or even using scrum individually to be more productive.

This was helpful to me as I was having trouble understanding how it could apply to projects I’ve had and those I will have. I bought the Kindle and Audible version, both excellent.

It’s a life changing audio book.

The personal stories are not hot air, despite being really entertaining are relevant to the purpose of the audio book. When you are listen it your mind gets in sync with the narrator and you can predict things and subjects that are covered ahead.

I really wanted to understand.

I have applied the principles with my own sales team and our production has increased. Originally I listened to this audio book on Audible but then felt I needed to buy the audio book in order to listen some of the places where I really wanted to understand what they were discussing.

It definitely recommend this audio book

The narrator seemed a bit self absorbed at times and this detracted from the audio book for me (hence the 4 star rating). If the next edition addressed more SCRUM and less of the authors self absorption I would easily give 5 stars.

This audio book is interesting.

This audio book is interesting, however, there is very little to the technicalities of the steps to Scrum. It is more like aimed a marketing for Scrum rather than a guide or practical steps to the scrum itself. Not for a learner.

I love it and absolutely recommend it.

The narrator and co-founder of the process record this work with disarming candor and speaks of the early origins and beneficiaries of this approach. His anecdotal delivery makes this audio book an easy and informative listen.

We are very happy with this purchase!

I strongly suspect that some of the supporting evidence in this audio book suffers from publication bias and inflated improvement percentages due to the statically fluctuations of small number.
