At first all Oleg wanted to do is to make enough money to pay for his daughter’s medical bills but fate and “Mirror World,” have given him another destiny. Oleg has put down his mining pick and picked up a sling shot as things in ”Mirror World,” have suddenly changed. The No-Man’s land has become the center of attention and clans are sending their best fighters to begin colonization. Oleg is no longer a grinder and has changed classifications as a new destiny waits. He and his pets need to level up and get their teeth in order to be ready for the upcoming battles as the Ennan city is waiting.
I like the change of pace in this series and am looking forward to the next book; can’t get enough of these LITRPG stories.

the story was nice but i found the main character to cowardly this made the story hard to believe.

After being deeply disappointed by the second book poor plot line and irrational decisions. I only bought Outcast as a final try before placing this author as a one book fluke. The beginning is a little hard to accept. How this character can not research or learn anything that is common knowledge for a gamer. Or rather given the simple motivation that his daughter's life is attached to him playing well, he is too ignorant of basic knowledge. Constantly in the second book and first part of this book, he does not research or learn some basic relevant gaming practices or knowledge... In addition, his constant moaning and whining makes his character painfully unlikable. But finally he goes on his quests and the story gets a lot better and less about his inner monologue and paranoid nature.

Building on the first two, this book has become my favorite of the 3. I highly recommend this series if you are a fan of complex MMOs or virtual reality immersion. Highly recommend!
I really like this series. The main character is likable and thinks outside the box. The descriptions really put you there. The story really moves and changes. The person who reads the series does it very well. I found it a very enjoyable listening experience.

Fantastic story, engaging plot, great hero. This series needs to continue I feel that it was left on a huge cliffhanger...

The hero is not your typical hero. He walks a twisted path and discovers hidden things as an accident. Sometimes luck is just with you.
