Summary

Phillip Syntax is the world's best biomechanic with a checkered past of betrayal and lost love. When given a chance at redemption by the celebrated soldier Gideon Lightbridge, how can he refuse? great story

loved the story gripping from start to finish. This was my 1st Tonia Brown story but defiantly won't be my last.

Lacklustre

I managed to get 2 hours in before accepting that the story wasn’t grabbing me and the narration was too irritating to continue. Very strange “English” accent and the female voice was grating. I am sure Chris Barnes is very talented but a poor fit for this book.
