Summary

Part one: Powerless, focuses around Lee Sopota, an average man in a not-so-average world. 

Due to a premature birth, Lee has not developed powers like everyone else on the planet and must hide it from those he loves. 

Lee's thirst for knowledge leads him on the trail of a far-reaching government conspiracy. While investigating, his beloved brother goes missing, and Lee must use all the training instilled in him by his father to find out what happened to his brother.
