Before Grandma died, she gave her grandson, Billy, a toy telephone. When he uses it to talk to her, his parents dismiss it as overactive imagination - until Billy decides its time to join Grandma.
If you remember the TV version, get ready for a big letdown. They'd have done better if they lifted the audio straight from that version. Hal Sparks sucks the life out of the script. He's totally unbelievable as a father begging for the life of his son.
Yeah, yeah. Little boy talking to his dead granny on the phone, I thought at first. Then it started to get creepy... Good voice actors. The little kid didn't even have that hated "obnoxious child actor" voice. At least not too much... A good episode.
