Summary

Wild Things...

They've been with us forever - prowling the smoky roadhouse dives that are their watering holes and hunting grounds. Predators, lurking amidst the human herd.

Changing shape at will. Lusting for blood and meat they are gods in the wild. Gods in disguise. And they feed on the spark inside each of us.

Syd was just another lonely working class guy singing the steel-town blues. Then he met Nora. She's sensual, Erotic. Amoral. A creature of the night and she's luring Syd across the line that few can cross--and fewer survive: the line that separates man from beast.

This will be a Crossroad Press production.

Spoilers ahead:

It is difficult to sum up this book, but I'll try

Basically the book consists of 2/3 explicit sex scenes, and 1/3 becoming a werewolf.

Now look, I really don't mind the occasional romp in my horror books, but if I was looking for a pornographic sex novel, I would have searched for it. I was looking for a action packed creature-feature-werewolf-novel.

Let me try it this way (spoilers ahead, maybe...)
Man sits in bar struggling to overcome heartache
Beautiful woman walks into bar and immediately man is healed and horny
Man and woman goes home together and has sex
Man wakes up, eats breakfast and man and woman has sex
man goes to sleep, wakes up, man and woman has sex.
Man and woman eats dinner and has sex
Man and woman fight and has sex
Man and woman makes up and has sex (you get my drift...)
Man finds out he is now werewolf because woman is a werewolf
Woman dissappears with crazy ex
Book jumps to 18 months later, woman is back and wants man back. 2 hours of a bit of werewolf action.
The End

The narrator: Definitely not the worst narrator, but a very poor choice for this book. Unable to convey emotion (he Basically reads like Ace Ventura talks) and throughout the book, I could care less about what happens to the characters.

If it is a porn novella you are after, 5/5 for this book. If not, steer clear...

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
