I have recently started reading upon e-commerce. This book definitely ties in with most of the things that I have come across so far, therefore I have personally found it very helpful.

The Australian accent takes some time getting used to, however after a while it is not too much of an issue.

I would definitely recommend this book.

I'm fairly experienced with ecommerce, so didn't learn anything new here. Shame as I was looking for some higher level knowledge with more detail.

Was however a great encompassing allrounder for anyone just starting out.

Great overview, lacks some depth

The author seems to push his own method of working as the ultimate key to success. While the global descriptions of the methods are ok, the in-depth details are too vague.

I work in e-commerce for 12+ years and I learned by experience that building an organization with certain structures enables growth. The author seems to want to tell me the same thing only it lacks in bringing me to the next point.

The author is pushing on the method all the time without bringing people to the next level. I was enthusiastic at first, but disappointed when I learned that there was no 'next step'.

There are better books
