Interesting well-researched compilation of facts

I don't necessarily like some of the conclusions Dr. Idrees Mughal arrives to, but the research is there, so that's all I can do, "not like it". Great read.

Distilling the facts

All we want is the evidence based facts so we can try and make the right decisions. (With the odd treat) so much contradictory advice on social media. Think I will stick with science. Thanks for this Dr Idz
