Practical useful and insightful
A very pragmatic approach to meditation. I am finding it very useful and hope to progress. However I will find this book helpful to revisit in the future

True food for the soul
Step by step the author guides you to a place where you can feast on the abundance of God’s provision for you. He helps you unlock the key to the door which is your home in God. If you are prepared to apply the truth and be patient you will find a true resting place for your soul.
