Review by Tevin Gongo

Short listening. Short but long enough to be reminded about the importance of paying attention to what we eat. This book is a good introduction but when it comes to health, it is important to do our own investigation...

Not worth the listen.

this book was extremely basic. I would suggest it possibly to grade school or middle school children. For someone who is serious about learning about health and nutrition do not waste your time with this book.
