This is an exciting and intense romantic suspense, but it’s scary and distressing at times. Peyton’s sister is murdered, and has to go on the run with her sister’s baby. She goes to Destiny and her ex-husband Jay for help and protection. The intensity, suspense, action and drama last throughout the book. Riveting! God’s presence, His Word and prayers are in evidence.
Another great story by Melanie. I enjoyed the audiobook, which was well-narrated.
